Step into the kitchen and discover the art of Japanese cooking in a fun, interactive, and immersive experience at Izakaya Publico. Perfect for corporate events, team bonding, or special group gatherings, this unique hands-on class blends culinary creativity, collaboration, and connection.

Led by Executive Chef Valentino Acuzar, guests will master the techniques behind crafting sushi or dumplings (served as your first course) before sitting down to enjoy a specially curated dining experience including an Alternate Drop Main + Dessert.

For $170pp, the group experience includes a glass of sparkling on arrival, a memorable cooking, and dining experience. Further elevate the fun with a beverage package.

This immersive experience is available for groups of 10 to 50 guests, with a duration of 30 minutes to an hour depending on group size.
